Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on omo4d, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. omo4d does not accept registrations from individuals under 21.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal do so entirely at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of omo4d or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not already hold another active Account on the Platform. Each Player is entitled to one Account only.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

Account Registration

Registration on omo4d requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

By completing the registration process, you:

• Confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• Accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy in full.
• Acknowledge that omo4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account if any information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
• Agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

omo4d reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being obliged to provide reasons for such a decision.

Players are strictly prohibited from holding more than one Account. Where duplicate accounts are identified, omo4d reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held therein pending investigation.

Identity Verification (KYC)

omo4d is committed to operating a secure and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, we require all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests or investigating Account disputes. KYC may also be triggered at any time at omo4d's discretion.

Acceptable KYC documents include:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card (KTP), passport, or government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: For bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, or OCBC NISP — a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the account used to deposit. For e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) — a registered account confirmation under the same name as your omo4d Account.

Failure to complete KYC within 14 days of a request may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed. omo4d will not be liable for any inconvenience resulting from delayed KYC completion where the delay is attributable to the Player.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: omo4d accepts deposits via Indonesian local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, BSI) and major e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.

• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• omo4d does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered under the same name as your omo4d Account.
• Any active Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must be fully met before the relevant funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of approval; processing times may vary during peak periods or public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Christmas, or Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).
• omo4d reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request prior to processing.

Bonuses & Promotions

omo4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may not be combined unless expressly stated.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to Account suspension.
• Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default Wagering Requirement is 30× the bonus amount.
• Not all game types contribute equally to the Wagering Requirement. As a general rule: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws contribute 20%. Specific contribution rates are published on the promotions page.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited if the Wagering Requirement is not met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.
• omo4d reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use. omo4d reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonuses where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or coordinated multi-account activity is identified.

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the omo4d platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. omo4d does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per bet type. These limits are displayed at the point of wager placement.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to the market being open at the time of placement. omo4d reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• Mix Parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager. All selections must win for the bet to return a payout. Void selections may reduce the accumulator rather than void the entire bet, subject to applicable market rules.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error, omo4d reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes to the relevant Player Accounts.
• Football markets, including BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and AFC/AFF Cup fixtures, are governed by the specific football betting rules published separately on the platform.
• Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) are governed by the individual game rules displayed within the game interface and the rules of the relevant game provider (including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play).
• Togel draws follow the official draw schedule and results published by the relevant draw authority. Discrepancies between unofficial result publications and the official draw result shall be resolved in favour of the official result.

Responsible Gaming

omo4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a suite of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the Account sett ings panel.
• Loss Limits: Players may cap the maximum amount they are willing to lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Players of the duration and total amount wagered during their current session.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the omo4d platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same identity or a different identity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of fraudulent betting activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other activity that violates applicable financial crime laws.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or facilitating third-party deposits or withdrawals.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate transaction processed by omo4d.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing omo4d staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the omo4d platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of omo4d or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written consent from omo4d.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on platform content or software.
• Use any omo4d trademarks, brand names, or logos in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of platform content or intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your Account and may be subject to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, omo4d shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was made possible by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any third-party content, services, or platforms that may be referenced in connection with omo4d products.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even where omo4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In all cases where omo4d's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

omo4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and the delivery of personalised promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

omo4d employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform interactions and maintains strict internal data access controls to protect your personal information from unauthorised disclosure.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which omo4d is incorporated and licensed to operate. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to omo4d's internal dispute resolution process.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days of being formally raised, either party may refer the matter to arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall limit omo4d's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

Amendments

omo4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice via the platform or by email to your registered address before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.
